Contract of consenual ownership

This is old post from one of old blogs in 2013 but I been asked about this a lot lately I will update this information in a future post but for now this should give you a idea.


The purpose of this contract is to,
A) State the full mutual consent of the understanding in regards to this relationship.

B) Explaining the responsibilities and duties of both Master and submissive.

C) Define safe words and safe signs and their use.

D) Explain the use of punishment.

E) Foster a greater sense of communication between respective parties.

This contract is no way legally binding and meant only as aid to better understanding of the needs, duties, and responsibilities of the Master and submissive.

What a contract looks like


I (sub)__________________ here and after referred to as submissive, do of my own free will, and being of sound mind and body, here by offer myself to (Dom)_________________ here in after referred to as my Master.

Either party only in the event of breach of contact may terminate this agreement at any time this agreement may be reviewed, negotiated and rewritten or terminated at anytime.

1) Submissive agrees to obey to the best ability, and to devote herself entirely to the pleasure and desires of her Master. Submissive also renounce all rights to her pleasure, comfort, or gratification except in so far as permitted by Master. Master agrees to learn what excites submissive through exploration and communication and to try to incorporate this into the relationship.

2) Master accepts full responsibility of submissive. This includes but not limited to; submissive survival, health, physical well being, and mental well being. Submissive accepts full responsibility for informing Master of any real or perceived dangers or safety concerns, but also stater that Master decision will be final regarding these issues. Master agrees The submissive will not be punished for respectfully stating these concerns. Master further agrees listen to submissive concerns with a clear and open mind. Master shall not inflict physical harm upon submissive which might require the attention of someone outside of the relationship.

3) Submissive agrees at all times to make her body reading available for Master for His use. Submissive will have hair washed and brushed in the style Master prefers at all times. Submissive agrees to wear any clothing Master picks, subject to use of the safe word.

4) Submissive agrees to accept responsibility of using safe word when necessary. Submissive acknowledges that her safe word is _________________ and safe sign is "x" ( index and middle finger crossed ). Master accepts the responsibilities of assessing situations where submissive calls safe word or uses the safe sign and will stop all activity entirely. Master agrees not to punish submissive for use of safe word or safe signal.

5) Submissive agrees to answer any and all questions asked by Master and vise versa.

Note a D/s contract is like a marriage.
