What is a task

Having a daily tasks is a big part of a BDSM relationship. It can be like keeping a daily check list. An assignment it gives a boost of confidence to the Dominant why allowing the submissive skills.
Frist you have to trust.
Second set of rules and responsibilities.
A task has a purpose, it could be fun for the Dominant and the submissive will hate it. But the task is something that helps the submissive in prove in specific way.
Here is example of some of daily tasks I go by.
- Daily check-ins (specific time by text phone, email, etc)
- Wearing your collar 24/7
-  Completing submissive/slave workbook or written assignments
- Asking preference on clothing
- Meditation or yoga
- Self-care (counseling, spa etc)
- Specific bedtime and wakeup time
- Researching specific topic, completing an assignment in journal x number of pages, practice or oral report etc.
- Read x number of pages
- Financial responsibilities ( given allowance, in charge of budget, pay bills)
- Permission to orgasm/masturbate/play
- Chores (laundry, daily cleaning)
- Service tasks ( preparing meals, serving instructions (kneeling etc), etc)
